Certified Surgical Tech to support a high-volume operating room by preparing and maintaining a sterile field and managing instruments and supplies during a variety of surgical procedures.
Key Duties
- Prepare, set up, and maintain a sterile surgical environment
- Anticipate surgeons’ needs and ensure timely availability of instruments and supplies
- Assist with patient positioning
- Maintain accurate instrument and sponge counts
- Set up and verify surgical equipment as required
- Follow infection prevention and patient safety protocols at all times
