Role Overview: Performs specialized technical duties in surgical or procedural settings under supervision. Assists the surgical team by managing equipment and instrumentation to ensure a safe and efficient operating room environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the surgical team with equipment setup and maintenance
- Ensuring availability and proper functioning of surgical tools and devices
- Maintaining a safe and sterile environment during procedures
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an accredited Surgical Technician program
- Certification by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting or other recognized programs (required within 90 days of hire)
- Experience as a surgical technician (minimum 1 year preferred)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required)

- Possession of relevant licensures and certifications
- Knowledge of surgical equipment and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments
