Role: Surgical Technician supporting surgical teams in multiple outpatient surgery centers.
Responsibilities: Prepare instruments, assist surgeons during procedures, ensure aseptic technique, support room turnover, decontaminate instruments, and contribute to staff orientation. Must demonstrate growth across all age groups and float between at least three locations based on staffing needs.
Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited surgical tech program, BLS certification, 3+ years of experience, proficiency in advanced surgical skills across multiple specialties, basic computer skills, and ability to travel between sites.
Preferred Skills: Experience in ambulatory surgery or hospital settings, and CST certification.
Compensation: Hourly pay ranges from $18 to $36, with benefits including health coverage, incentives, and retirement options.
