Surgical Services Nurse Manager – Live Well Homecare

Seeking a dedicated Nurse Manager to oversee daily nursing operations in a state-licensed, AAAHC-accredited single-room ambulatory surgery center.

Lead and supervise nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care and team development.

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans.

Maintain compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Manage staffing, schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.

Implement quality improvement initiatives and foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications include an active RN license in Alaska, a BSN (Master’s preferred), 5+ years of clinical nursing, 2-3 years in management, BLS and ACLS certifications, and proficiency with EMR and MS Office.

This full-time role offers $95,000-$125,000 annually and involves in-person work in a collaborative, patient-centered setting where leadership is visible and team-oriented.
