Support Professional – Full Time

Join a compassionate team as a Direct Support Professional, providing community-based services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with personal hygiene and supporting individuals with behavioral challenges and complex needs
  • Helping participants achieve developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
  • Building meaningful relationships and promoting community involvement
  • Taking initiative to support participants’ well-being and independence

Qualifications and skills:

  • No high school diploma required; six months of human services experience preferred
  • Strong communication, adaptability, teamwork, and time-management skills
  • Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible behavior
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with insurance
