Make a difference daily by helping children with autism develop communication, social, and independence skills in a full-time, daytime role with predictable hours (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm).
Training is provided, including paid RBT certification, with no prior experience necessary. Preferred backgrounds include childcare, mental health, paraprofessional roles, or related degrees. Compensation varies based on education and experience, with raises after certification.
In this position, you’ll work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years, following personalized plans, engaging in play-based therapy, and maintaining a safe environment. Requirements include being 18+, holding a bachelor’s degree, lifting up to 30 lbs, and being active and reliable.
