Role Overview: The Radiation Therapist Supervisor leads and develops a high-performing team of radiation therapists, ensuring safe operation and maintenance of treatment equipment in accordance with department policies. They oversee staff performance, provide mentorship, and ensure adherence to radiation safety practices.

Key Responsibilities: Develop team capabilities, monitor staff performance, mentor therapists, ensure compliance with safety standards, and maintain high-quality patient care.

Qualifications & Skills: BA/BS degree, ARRT registration, Department of Health licensing, CPR certification, 5+ years as a Radiation Therapist, 2+ years leadership experience, clinical judgment in radiation therapy, excellent communication, organization, computer proficiency, flexibility, presentation, problem-solving, professional appearance, and reliable transportation.

Preferred Experience: Lead Radiation Therapist, operating advanced linear accelerators and working with specific radiation technology systems.

Compensation & Benefits: Salary ranges from $72,800 to $130,000, complemented by benefits including health coverage, incentives, stock purchase, and 401k. The role offers growth opportunities within a supportive environment committed to equitable and quality care.
