Join our team as a Retail Store Associate, contributing to the efficient operation of our store and helping feed local communities.
Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner, enhancing their shopping experience.
- Stocking & Maintenance: Restock shelves, coolers, and cases; ensure cleanliness and sanitation of store areas.
- Product & Equipment Care: Rotate products, resolve price discrepancies, and maintain equipment properly.
- Food Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures per regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Support other departments and participate in store promotions as needed.
- Additional Duties: Perform tasks assigned by management to ensure store operations run smoothly.
Qualifications & Skills
- Basic retail knowledge and ability to differentiate products.
- Strong customer service skills, courteous and friendly demeanor.
- Physical ability to stand, lift up to 80 lbs, reach, and operate various equipment.
- Ability to read, learn product locations, and operate kitchen and store machinery.
- Preferred 0-2 years of retail experience.
