This RN role provides general nursing care to patients and families across diverse acute care settings, operating 24/7/365. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, delegating tasks to LPNs and UAPs per Ohio Nurse Practice Act, and participating in process improvements. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and efficiency as part of a High Reliability Organization.
