Role: Staff RN in Surgical Unit 2
Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to post-operative patients Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and interdisciplinary team members Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, administer medications, and coordinate discharges Educate patients and families about postoperative care Participate in ongoing clinical development and professional growth
Qualifications & Skills:
Current RN licensure Strong clinical assessment and communication skills Ability to work effectively within a team and adapt to a dynamic healthcare environment
