We are a top-tier residential addiction treatment program seeking a Staff Psychiatrist to provide comprehensive psychiatric care for individuals with substance use disorders.
Conduct psychiatric assessments, diagnose mental health disorders, and develop personalized treatment plans. Manage and prescribe psychiatric medications, and offer psychotherapy as needed. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and adhere to all regulatory standards, including confidentiality and safe prescribing practices. Participate in coverage, quality assurance, and compliance activities, including on-call duties, weekends, and holidays. Requirements: Medical degree, psychiatric residency completion, board certification, NJ licensure, and experience in addiction psychiatry or substance use disorder treatment.
