Seeking a compassionate *Staff Psychiatrist* to provide mental health evaluations, medication management, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a supportive environment.
Perform psychiatric assessments, document services, and ensure compliance with medical standards and policies. Order and interpret lab and diagnostic tests, and participate in after-hours on-call coverage. Supervise medical staff and coordinate care with other professionals. Must be licensed MD or DO in Arkansas, preferably with psychiatry specialization. Strong communication, confidentiality, and computer skills required; travel may be necessary.
