Seeking a compassionate *Staff Psychiatrist* to provide high-quality mental health services in a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting.
Evaluate clients, diagnose, and manage mental, emotional, or behavioral disorders using evidence-based practices. Perform psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and document all interactions per standards. Collaborate with a team of physicians, psychologists, social workers, and nurses to optimize client care. Order and interpret lab and diagnostic tests; provide supervision to medical staff. Maintain compliance with clinical policies and participate in on-call coverage as needed. Must be licensed as an MD or DO in Arkansas; psychiatry specialization preferred. Strong communication skills, confidentiality, and ability to travel required; proficiency with electronic health records is preferred.
