Reporting is to the Director of Family Medicine, with oversight from the CMO, and involves guiding support staff and precepting students. Performance is regularly evaluated based on productivity, clinical skills, patient rapport, and adherence to policies.
Qualifications include a medical degree from an accredited school, active South Carolina medical license, board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, and strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills. Physical and work environment requirements encompass effective communication, manual dexterity, and moderate exposure to bloodborne pathogens. Minimal travel is expected.
