Staff Physician – Live Well Homecare

Full-time Staff Physician position in Adult Medicine, preferably Spanish-speaking, offering comprehensive primary care including health promotion and disease prevention.

Requires MD degree, Board Certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Infectious Diseases, and valid Connecticut licensure.

Experience in ambulatory or urgent care settings preferred, with strong communication skills and cultural competence.

Responsibilities include delivering high-quality, efficient patient care, collaborating with a care team, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Must pass background checks and drug screening.
