Role Overview: This position provides comprehensive pharmaceutical care, including processing prescriptions, counseling customers on medication and health needs, administering immunizations, and ensuring compliance with legal and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately dispense prescriptions, maintain confidentiality, and document controlled medication use.
- Offer expert guidance to support customer health and business needs, developing and improving action plans.
- Lead and model excellent customer service, resolving issues within company guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and safety standards, overseeing quality assurance and risk reduction.
- Maintain accurate records, support safety initiatives, and promote a culture of patient safety and quality care.
- Foster a respectful, ethical, and inclusive workplace, mentoring team members and strengthening team dynamics.
- Prioritize customer satisfaction, make informed decisions, and drive continuous improvement using new technologies and practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, and a valid pharmacy license.
- Completion of accredited immunization training.
- Strong communication, leadership, and compliance skills, with a focus on patient safety and ethical standards.
