Position: Registered Nurse in the Infant Special Care Unit (ISCU).
Responsibilities: Provide safe, compassionate nursing care independently; utilize the nursing process for planning and evaluating patient care; guide unlicensed staff; collaborate with healthcare team; promote safety and high-quality patient experiences.
Qualifications: Graduate from an NLN-accredited nursing program (BSN preferred); current IL nursing license; BLS/CPR certification; minimum 1 year acute or ISCU experience, NICU/ISCU experience preferred.
