- Provide clinical supervision, leadership, and training for social workers and counselors
- Conduct individual, family, and group therapy, including crisis intervention
- Recruit, select, and orient clinical staff; serve as a field instructor for interns
- Ensure compliance with licensing requirements and promote staff professional growth
- Maintain accurate client documentation and coordinate with community agencies
- Work independently with complex caseloads, handling emergency cases as needed
