Seeking an orthopedic spine surgeon as a 1099 independent contractor for a flexible, part-time role.
Provide on-site patient care during approximately 4-hour weekly or biweekly shifts. Assist in managing medically complex cases, promoting return-to-work, and functional restoration. Collaborate with medical and therapy teams to deliver non-surgical and surgical treatments for orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal injuries. Engage in case management by communicating with employers and actively supporting patient recovery. Qualifications include board certification or eligibility in orthopedic spine surgery, licensure, DEA license, malpractice insurance, and experience with work-related injuries.
