Seeking an orthopedic spine surgeon as an independent contractor for a part-time role. This position involves treating patients on-site for approximately 4 hours weekly or biweekly, enhancing your current practice with flexible scheduling.
As an advanced specialist, you will manage complex cases, facilitate return to work, and collaborate with medical and therapy teams to provide surgical and non-surgical care for orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal injuries. You will also engage with employers and participate in case management, making a significant impact on patient recovery.
Responsibilities include a half-day commitment with flexible hours, compensated via a revenue share model.
Qualifications:
• Experience with work-related injuries preferred
• State licensure and unrestricted DEA license
• MD or DO from an accredited university
• Board certification or eligibility in orthopedic spine surgery
• Medical malpractice insurance required
