We’re seeking an orthopedic spine surgeon as a 1099 independent contractor to provide on-site care for approximately 4 hours weekly or biweekly, complementing your current practice.
Responsibilities include managing complex patients, facilitating return to work, and collaborating with medical and therapy teams for both surgical and non-surgical treatments related to orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal injuries. Active communication with employers and case management are also key.
Qualifications:
- Experience with work-related injuries preferred
- State licensure, MD or DO degree, DEA license
- Board Certification or Eligibility in Orthopedic Spine Surgery
- Malpractice insurance coverage
