We are seeking an orthopedic spine surgeon as a 1099 independent contractor to provide on-site care. The role involves treating patients during a 4-hour shift weekly or biweekly, supporting complex cases, and aiding in functional restoration and return-to-work efforts.
Responsibilities include flexible scheduling, collaboration with medical teams, and case management. Compensation is based on a revenue share model.
Qualifications: preferred experience with work-related injuries, medical licensure, board certification or eligibility in orthopedic spine surgery, unrestricted DEA license, and malpractice insurance.
