We are seeking an orthopedic spine surgeon as a 1099 independent contractor to provide on-site care. The role involves treating patients during a 4-hour shift weekly or biweekly, supporting complex cases, and collaborating with medical and therapy teams.
Responsibilities include flexible scheduling, case management, and patient treatment, with compensation based on a revenue share model.
Qualifications:
• Experience with work-related injuries
• State licensure
• MD or DO graduate from an accredited program
• Unrestricted DEA license
• Board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Spine Surgery
• Medical malpractice insurance
