We are seeking an orthopedic spine surgeon as a 1099 independent contractor to provide on-site care during 4-hour weekly or biweekly shifts.

Responsibilities include managing complex patients, facilitating return to work, providing surgical and non-surgical services, and engaging in case management with employers.

Qualifications:

Experience with work-related injuries preferred

State licensure, MD or DO degree, and unrestricted DEA license

Board Certification or Eligibility in Orthopedic Spine Surgery

Malpractice insurance coverage
