We are seeking an orthopedic spine surgeon as a 1099 independent contractor to provide on-site care during 4-hour weekly or biweekly shifts. The role involves managing complex patients, supporting return-to-work efforts, and collaborating with medical and therapy teams for both surgical and non-surgical treatments.
Responsibilities include flexible scheduling, case management, and communication with employers. Compensation is based on a revenue share model.
Qualifications:
– Experience with work-related injuries
– State licensure, MD or DO degree, and unrestricted DEA license
– Board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Spine Surgery
– Malpractice insurance coverage
