We invite orthopedic spine surgeons to collaborate as independent contractors for a short-term, flexible on-site role.
The position involves treating patients during a 4-hour weekly or biweekly shift, focusing on managing complex cases, expediting recovery, and providing surgical or non-surgical care for work-related injuries. Surgeons will communicate with employers and participate in case management.
Qualifications include licensure, board certification or eligibility in orthopedic spine surgery, experience with work injuries, malpractice insurance, and unrestricted DEA license. The role offers flexible scheduling and revenue share compensation.
