We are seeking a PRN Speech Therapist (ST) to provide quality speech therapy services in post-acute settings, with a pay rate of $75-$80/hr based on experience.
Responsibilities include screening, evaluation, treatment planning, goal setting, family education, and documentation to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The ST will oversee all aspects of patient care, ensure compliance with professional, federal, and state standards, and serve as an advocate for patients and the rehabilitation team.
Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech/Language Pathology, licensure/certification per state requirements, CPR certification, and preferred experience in skilled nursing or assisted living. CFY candidates are also considered.
