We are seeking full-time Speech Therapists (ST) and CFY candidates to join our team in providing PT, OT, and ST services in post-acute settings.
Our clinicians deliver comprehensive patient care, including screening, evaluation, treatment planning, goal setting, family education, and documentation, ensuring optimal outcomes and compliance with state and federal guidelines.
The role involves advocating for patients, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams, and participating in quality assurance and customer service activities.
Requirements include a Master’s in Speech/Language Pathology, licensure/certification per state, CPR certification, and at least 1 year of experience (CFY considered). Preferred candidates have 1-2 years in residential or skilled nursing facilities.
We offer competitive pay starting at $48/hr. for CFY and $52/hr. for ST, along with benefits such as 401(k), health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and employee discounts.
