Seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Hendricks County, Indiana, to evaluate and treat communication, swallowing, and cognitive disorders as prescribed by a physician.
Conduct evaluations, assess environments, and identify equipment needs related to speech/language functions. Identify speech defects and develop plans of care to enhance patient function, updating as needed. Educate patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams on care recommendations. Prepare and submit documentation per agency policies; training provided on NetHealth. Perform additional duties to support service delivery. Position is PRN with pay starting at $50/hour and offers a flexible schedule. A Master’s degree and CCC in Speech Pathology are preferred.
