Seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a role in Hendricks County, IN. The SLP will evaluate and treat communication, swallowing, and cognitive disorders as prescribed by a physician.
Responsibilities include:
- Conduct evaluations and assess the LTC environment, identifying equipment needs related to speech/language function.
- Identify speech defects and develop plans of care to enhance patient function, updating as needed.
- Educate patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams on care recommendations.
- Prepare and submit documentation per agency policy, with training on NetHealth.
- Perform additional duties to ensure service delivery.
Position is PRN with flexible scheduling, offering pay from $50/hour and benefits. Requires a Master’s degree (preferred) and CCC-SLP certification (preferred). Work is in person.
