Role Overview: Provides speech therapy services across all age groups by developing and implementing individualized treatment plans aligned with best practices. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designs and executes treatment programs for patients from neonates to geriatrics.
- Works closely with healthcare team members to coordinate care.
- Maintains documentation and monitors patient progress.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Educational background in Speech-Language Pathology, including a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Licensed in Speech-Language Pathology with authorization to practice in the relevant state.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
- Experience with speech therapy in various settings preferred, with 1+ year experience in speech therapy or home health advantageous.
Additional Requirements: Must obtain required licensure and certifications within 90 days of hire. Strong communication skills, ability to work independently, and adherence to clinical standards are essential.
