Role Overview: This position involves developing and implementing speech therapy treatment programs across all age groups, from neonates to geriatrics. The therapist collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care according to best practices.
- Responsibilities: Plan and execute tailored therapy plans, coordinate with team members, and ensure compliance with established standards.
- Qualifications & Skills: Requires a high school diploma; a related bachelor’s or master’s degree in speech-language pathology. Valid licensure and certification in speech-language pathology, along with BLS and auto insurance, are mandatory. Experience includes at least one year in speech therapy, preferably in home health settings.
- Key Requirements: Must hold a valid Texas license with authorization to practice, auto insurance, and obtain additional certifications within 90 days of hire.
Additional Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), auto insurance, and relevant licensures are required or preferred depending on the role.
