Seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate, treat, and educate residents with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in a skilled nursing setting.
Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, providing therapy, documenting progress, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and educating residents, families, and staff.
Requirements: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, valid state licensure, preferred CCC-SLP certification, experience in geriatrics or skilled nursing preferred, strong communication and documentation skills.
