We are seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Wyandotte County.
Evaluate patients within 48 hours of referral and develop treatment plans for approval. Provide therapy according to physicians’ plans, document progress, and adhere to facility policies. Communicate with team members, participate in care and review meetings, and contribute to staff training. Maintain accurate electronic records, record treatment charges, and assist with discharge planning. Instruct families and staff on maintenance programs to support patient outcomes.
