We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide services to patients with speech, language, or swallowing disorders.
Responsibilities include:
- Assessing and documenting patient speech therapy data, treatment progress, and outcomes.
- Monitoring physical and emotional changes to adjust care plans accordingly.
- Reviewing and modifying individual treatment programs to improve effectiveness.
- Maintaining accurate documentation compliant with legal and organizational standards.
- Educating patients on monitoring speech and practicing new skills.
- Performing additional related duties as assigned.
Qualifications and skills:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.
- Valid state licensure as a Speech Pathologist.
- CPR or BLS certification from an approved provider.
- Preferred: ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
- Valid Driver’s License and age of at least 21 years.
Organizational requirements include:
- Adherence to vaccination policies, with exemptions where applicable.
- Compliance with employment verification processes.
