Evaluating cognitive neurological deficits and swallowing issues Developing individualized treatment plans Participating in interdisciplinary care planning Communicating with physicians, staff, residents, and families Documenting services provided**Requirements:**
Virginia license in good standing as a Speech/Language Pathologist ASHA Certification (CCC) Experience in long-term care preferred**Benefits include:**
