Speech Pathologist Role Overview
Responsibilities include:
- Evaluating, assessing, and developing personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language challenges.
- Modifying therapy approaches based on patient progress and needs.
- Tracking, documenting, and monitoring patient performance and response to treatment.
- Supporting patients through their communication recovery journey and celebrating their victories.
Qualifications:
- Current licensure or certification as per state regulations.
- Successful completion of Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
- CPR certification or obtaining it within 30 days of hire.
- Master’s degree preferred; Bachelor’s degree with relevant field experience acceptable.
