Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) -Home Health- Sonoma County

The Speech-Language Pathologist is responsible for providing speech therapy services by conducting evaluations, identifying communication disorders, and developing individualized care plans.

  • Administers therapy using specialized techniques and recommends communication aids.
  • Collaborates with physicians and healthcare team to ensure coordinated care.
  • Instructs patients, families, and caregivers on treatment protocols and may supervise home health aides.

  • Qualifications include a master’s or doctoral degree in speech-language pathology, licensure or equivalent clinical experience, and current CPR certification. Preferred candidates have at least one year of clinical experience.

    This part-time/per diem role offers competitive pay starting at $30/hour, with benefits such as health, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, and flexible scheduling. The position involves in-person work.
