We are seeking a full-time Speech Pathologist to join our Home Health team in Clarksville, TN.
Provide assessment and treatment for speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders within state scope and plan of care. Evaluate patient function using diagnostic tests and assist physicians in developing therapy plans. Educate patients, families, and caregivers to support communication improvement. Must hold a current, unencumbered license, CCC-SLP certification, CPR, and reliable transportation to serve multiple patients daily.
