We are seeking a full-time Speech Pathologist in Clarksville, TN to join our Home Health team.
Provide assessment and treatment for speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders within state practice guidelines. Evaluate patient function, assist in developing therapy plans, and support communication skills. Educate patients, families, and healthcare team members on therapy techniques. Must hold an active speech pathology license, CCC-SLP certification, CPR, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.
