We are seeking a full-time Speech Pathologist to join our Home Health team in Clarksville, TN.
Provide assessments, evaluations, and treatment for speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders within legal scope and care plans.Collaborate with healthcare teams and assist physicians in developing therapy plans.Educate patients, families, and caregivers to support communication and functional abilities.Must hold an active, unrestricted license and CCC-SLP certification, with current CPR, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.Benefits include medical/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, holidays, 401K with match, and employer-paid life insurance.
