We are seeking a full-time Speech Pathologist in Clarksville, TN, to join our Home Health team.
Provide assessments, evaluations, and treatment for speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders within state practice guidelines. Collaborate with healthcare team members and assist in developing care plans. Educate patients, families, and caregivers to support communication and functional goals. Must hold an active, unencumbered license, CCC-SLP certification, CPR, and reliable transportation for travel within the service area.
