Speech Language Pathologist – (SLP) – FT – Home Health -Clarksville

We are seeking a full-time Speech Pathologist in Clarksville, TN, to join our Home Health team.

Assess and evaluate patients’ speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive needs within legal scope and in coordination with healthcare providers.

Develop and implement therapy plans, treat patients to improve communication, and instruct patients, families, and caregivers.

Evaluate patient function, assist physicians in care planning, and ensure quality service delivery.

Must Haves: Current licensure and CCC-SLP certification, CPR, reliable transportation, and ability to work across multiple locations daily.
