Speech Language Pathologist – (SLP) – FT – Home Health -Clarksville

We are seeking a full-time Speech Pathologist to join our Home Health team in Clarksville, TN.

Assess and evaluate patients’ speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive needs within legal scope and plan of care.

Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to develop and implement therapy plans.

Provide treatment to improve communication and functional abilities.

Educate patients, families, and caregivers to support ongoing care.

Must Haves: Valid license in Tennessee, CCC-SLP certification, CPR, reliable transportation, and ability to travel within the area.
