Join our dynamic IN-HOUSE rehab team as a Speech Language Pathologist and make a meaningful impact in residents’ lives.
Evaluate residents for swallowing or cognitive deficits and develop individualized treatment plans.
Help residents improve cognition and swallowing functions through skilled therapy.
Provide education for residents, families, and caregivers, and train staff in related care techniques.
Assist with diagnostic procedures like MBSS and FEES, and coordinate care with other professionals.
Maintain accurate documentation, communicate resident status changes, and ensure compliance with legal and professional standards.
Qualifications include an active Texas license, current ASHA certification, and good standing with regulatory agencies.
