Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

We are seeking a California Registered Speech Therapist to provide in-home speech and language therapy services to patients in Santa Clara County, Peninsula, and surrounding areas.

Evaluate patients’ speech and language abilities and develop treatment plans.

Administer rehabilitative services and implement patient care plans.

Record patient progress, report every 30 days, and at discharge.

Select diagnostic and therapeutic techniques for evaluation and treatment.

Instruct and supervise patients, families, and staff in speech therapy strategies.

Assess home environments and recommend appropriate modifications.

Participate in staff development and educational activities.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications include ASHA certification, a Master’s degree in speech pathology, at least one year of experience with adults, and California licensure. This full-time or part-time role offers a flexible schedule, competitive salary ($100K-$150K), and benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and continuing education. Work involves travel to patient homes, primarily Monday to Friday, with on-call responsibilities.
