You’ll assess, treat, and support residents with communication and swallowing challenges, creating personalized care plans that make a meaningful difference.

**Responsibilities include:**

Documenting and coding services according to facility policies

Providing assessment data on swallowing, speech, hearing, and cognition

Supporting residents’ functional and mental status evaluations

**Qualifications:**

Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Valid license and knowledge of long-term care regulations
