Speech Language Pathologist, SLP

We are seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehab team, providing assessment, treatment, and support for residents with communication and swallowing challenges.

Responsibilities include documenting services, conducting resident assessments, and providing information for care plans in compliance with facility policies.

Qualifications required are a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, valid licensure, and knowledge of long-term care regulations.
