- Provide documentation, billing, and coding for speech language pathology and audiology services in compliance with policies.
- Gather resident information for assessments, including signs of swallowing disorders, speech and hearing patterns, and cognitive status.
- Assist with prior functioning data for Medicare residents upon admission.
Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech Language Pathology, valid state licensure, and knowledge of long-term care regulations.
