**Responsibilities:**

Ensure compliance with policies for documenting, billing, and coding speech-language pathology and audiology services.

Provide resident assessment information, including signs of swallowing disorders, speech, hearing, cognition, and mental status.

Gather data on prior functioning for Medicare residents upon admission.

**Qualifications:**

Master’s Degree or equivalent in Speech Language Pathology.

Valid, unrestricted therapy license in the state.

Knowledge of skilled nursing regulations and long-term care guidelines.
